My passion

Her corporate career was predominantly with industry leaders in the South African credit industry. She held executive positions such as Business Unit Head, Operations Executive, and Human Resources Executive. In these roles she developed expertise in leading change, developing talent, building cohesive teams and steering organizational growth.

Her interest in the development of leaders was born from the realization that excellent leaders are essential for the sustainability of organizations. Whilst this coach has been trained in the application of multiple coaching models, she has developed her own coaching model which includes respected academic coaching methodologies, business content and personal experience.

My latest projects

During my corporate career, I developed a keen interest in how leaders may establish work environments where every employee feels that they belong and that their contribution is valued. Through the research, I conducted towards obtaining the Masters of Philosophy I explored how coaches may assist leaders to foster inclusive environments.

As a Leadership and Business coach, I now support leaders and business teams to develop inclusive working environments where the full potential of employees is unleashed.
